In-Silico Organism

HomeServices – In-Silico Organism

Service Overview

Screen compounds against up to 500 proteins from one organism to identify targets and pathways.

What this service is

In-silico organism is a proteome-wide computational screening strategy developed to study how compounds may interact with a large set of proteins from a selected organism. Instead of focusing on only one target, it explores many possible targets at the organism level

How it helps you

This service is highly useful for plant researchers, microbiology projects, insect studies, natural product research, and essential oil studies. For example, plant scientists can use it to understand which pathways may be affected by oils or bioactive compounds and to suggest possible mechanisms of action across the organism.

What you receive from us

You receive a proteome-wide compound-protein ranking table, top predicted targets, target-network or pathway-oriented interpretation, prioritized protein visualizations, and a mechanismof-action summary for the selected organism. Each project is delivered within a maximum of one week. You receive a complete publication-ready scientific report including Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, References, clear tables, highquality figures when applicable, and full follow-up until publication, including support with reviewer comments and journal responses.
